We ship your product
as first class letters from Sweden. The maximum weight for a letter is 2 kg.
If you want to order more than 2 kg, we have to send them as a number of packages.
A servce charge
of USA $3.00 dollar for package and packing will be added to the price.

DELIVERY TIMES
The normal postal
times that are given by the Swedish Post Office are as follows:
Within Europe:
2 - 5 days
To USA: 3 - 7 days.
To the rest of the world: 1 - 2 weeks.
These times are not exact and may sometimes be prolonged due to unavoidable
circumstances. We ask you to take into account the speed of the local postage
service in your country when you are waiting for an order from us. If you have
not received your order 14 working days after the dispatch date from Sweden
(up to 4 weeks in countries with slower postal delivery times) we ask you to
first of all get in contact with your local post office.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa,
Visa Delta and MasterCard. Your on-line order will be handled responsibly, with
secure handling of the transaction and removal of your details from the secure
server immediately after order processing. Your credit or debit card number
is never e-mailed.
RETURN POLICY
If it is a mistake on our
part we will give you a full refund. You have the right to return an order for
no reason at all and without penalty of which we must be informed within 7 days
of receipt of order. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned
due to customer error.
CUSTOMS
For customer living within EU, you have to pay
tobacco tax. If you are outside of EU you do not need to pay VAT, but you are
responsible for any import duties on tobacco product that may be payable. If
in doubt, please contact your local Custom office.
